Warranty Period Calculation
The commencing date of warranty is the same as the date of purchase on digital or physical receipt.
If the customer loses the invoice or the relevant warranty certificate, the warranty starts three months after the production date with the serial number.
If the customer has replaced product by providing invoices and relevant warranty certificate within its warranty, the warranty of the replacement item will start based on the date of fulfilled replacement. A replaced item can have only one replacement item.
The warranty period for a replacement item or a repaired item is 3 months from the date of fulfilled repairment or replacement, or the remaining warranty period of the original product. It’s subject to the longer one.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee:
Undamaged products may be returned for a full refund for any reason within 30 days of the date the item was delivered to the designated shipping address.
- Returns must include all accessories.
- Returnsmust include original packaging.
- For non-quality related warranty claims, buyer is responsible for shipping costs.
- For non-quality related warranty claims, KLARUS refunds the cost of the product itself.
- Returns may be rejected if product does not meet the above requirements.
It is not possible to process a request for a refund for non-quality issues for items that have expired this 30-day window. For purchases not made directly through online stores (klaruslightstore.com), please contact retailers for refunds. For quality-related issues, please see below.
Warranty Claims for Quality-Related Issues:
All quality-related defects on items sold directly by online store (klaruslightstore.com) are covered by an extensive warranty, starting from the date of purchase.
KLARUS’s warranty is limited to the region/country where the purchase is made. The limited warranty is void on items taken outside the country they were originally bought in or shipped to directly from an authorized online purchase.
Warranties on all replacements follow the same warranty time frame of the original defective item, or 3 months after being replaced. It’s subject to the longer one.
Warranties on products will be invalid after having been fully refunded.

STANDARD REFUND*
Please email to KLARUS Support Team <service@klaruslight.com> to apply for a return or refund.
For product not shipping or en route, we will start refund/exchange process once we review your order(72 hours maximum). It would take 14-28 days to finish base upon payment method and your region since you start your request .
For undamaged product in use within 30 days of the date you receive it, you need to send it back together with purchase details to our Chinese warehouse address. we will start a refund base on its condition(100% at most) after we receive it. In this scenario it could take up to 45 days after we receive your return to fulfill a refund.
